  • A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are “bathed” in sound waves produced by instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums. The vibrations help calm the mind, relax the body, and support nervous system regulation.

  • You’ll typically lie down or sit comfortably, close your eyes, and simply receive. I’ll guide you into relaxation using breath or light meditation before beginning the sound journey. Most people leave feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, or even emotionally lighter.

  • Every experience is unique. Many people feel a deep sense of peace during and after the session. Some may:

    • Visualize colors or imagery

    • Receive creative insights or intuitive messages

    • Feel emotions surfacing and clearing

    • Fall into a meditative or sleep-like state

    Whether you're energized or sleepy afterward, your body receives exactly what it needs.

  • Just wear comfortable clothes. For in-person sessions, I recommend bringing a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything that helps you feel cozy. I’ll provide instruments and the experience, and let you know if there is anything else specific to bring, however it is usually just coming as you are, and with an open heart!

  • Yes! I offer:
